*Sigh* AMEN. Add to the crazy expectations I put on myself as a mother the fact that now I am also my child's educator, and BOOM, I am instantly failing at everything I assume I should be doing perfectly. Thank you, Anna Quindlen (and Ehlan Thompson), for a little perspective!
I'm not even a mom yet (3 more months!) and I already feel pressure to be perfect! Although, I am not sure how much of that is self-imposed, I am hoping to kick these thoughts before baby arrives. Thanks for the post and perspective!
