No I'm not pregnant--but seriously everyone else I know is! My mom forwarded this article to me this morning--it's about time spent with each subsequent child and how it varies. It's very interesting!
Interesting article! I say it is a good balance since the babies in the family get to bend more rules and get by with more. The oldest are the smartest but the youngest are the spoiled ones. What do you think, Bridgit? Ha, ha.
I was just talking about this subject the other day! I've seen a couple of articles just like this and then I think it correlates with the whole 1st, 2nd, 3rd child "behaviors" or "personaliteis". No matter what we do, the other babies will not get as much quality time as the first one did, why? Because they were the only one we had for a year, two, or however long before the next came! But that doesn't mean we love the others less and don't kiss them as much as we can and hold them when our lap is open! But I agree with Sarah, the oldest do seem to be the smartest...!
