I am so sick of laundry. Why doesn't it ever end? I'm this close (imagine me holding up my fingers, REALLY close together) to doing away with clothes and spending the rest of my life naked. Only two things are holding me back:
1. It's cold outside and the snow yesterday kind of did me in.
2. Olivia would think her mom is REALLY weird. Weirder than growing up with a mom who wears a purple cape. That's not a bad idea though--I could cover up the nakedness with a purple cape...hmmm....

hee hee. The purple cape. I agree, naked wouldn't be too bad...but you are right on about the snow. I hate laundry too. It's right up there with dusting.
I'll come do your laundry if you come unload my dishwasher. I HATE unloading the dishwasher! I'd rather eat out of my hands.
deal, Megan. I'd unload a dishwasher anyday being that I DON'T HAVE ONE. Not that I am complaining or anything... :)
I think it's just housework in general! But I'm with Megan, I'd trade you for unloading the dishwasher (and also doing the dishes that don't fit, such as cookie pans, etc.)
Just think what it would be like to have the baby with you, hike up and down 5 or 6 flights of stairs, walk a few blocks to the laundromat, only to find it closed. Find another a few blocks away, sit there while the wash and dry cycles finish.
Then gather up clothes and baby and back to your 1 room apartment. Lots of single moms go through that all the time.
When your Dad and Uncle C. were babies I had to take the laundry, both of them, don't forget the soap/bleach, down an elevator, walk three blocks to the Apt. complex laundry, and usually have to wait for what seemed forever to even get a machine.
