So I can't keep up with pumping as much as Olivia eats when she is away from me! Yesterday with Grammi and Grampy she ate 10 ounces! That is a ton for her! I have really dwindled my supply and can't possibly pump that much during the day. I feel like I need to start waking up in the middle of the night to pump. That's not going to be fun. Do I really need to do that? Any advice from any of you mom's out there who breastfeed??
Should I pump during the night?
Pump more during the day?
Give her some formula?
I DON'T KNOW!

Seriously, at this point, just go to formula!! As long as you continue pumping when you're not with her, I can't imagine you'd come even close to losing your milk supply. If you feel guilty about it, remember its only a supplement, and you're doing awesome at breastfeeding the rest of the time!!!
I agree; formula and just pump what you can. If you do start losing your supply, try Fenugreek. I took like 5 tablets a day when I was BF Annika and working PT....it oddly makes you smell like maple syrup, but it did help with my milk supply. You can find it at GNC and you just have to take more tablets than it says to (you can check with your dr. if it makes you nervous!).
